QUOTETOWORK POLICIES

Terms of Service

Last updated November 5, 2026

1. Optional directory placement

Directory placement, when launched, is an optional recurring add-on for active Monthly or Yearly members: $7.99 monthly or $79.90 yearly, billed with the membership until canceled. No one-time listing purchase or per-lead charge applies. Placement requires an eligible paid period, a published business page, an active account, and owner opt-in. Canceling stops future renewals; visibility ends when paid access ends. Hiding a listing does not cancel billing. Inquiries and bookings are not guaranteed. Listings are not endorsements or verification of licensing, insurance, or service quality. Owners are responsible for accurate public business information, services, coverage, and policies. QuoteToWork never takes a percentage of client service payments; payment-provider fees still apply.

2. Using QuoteToWork

You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for any business you represent. Use the service lawfully, provide accurate account details, protect your email and sign-in codes, and tell us through support if you suspect unauthorized access. These terms apply when you use QuoteToWork; mandatory rights under applicable law remain available.

3. Your business and your customers

The business named on a quote supplies the services and contracts directly with its customer. QuoteToWork does not supply, supervise, guarantee, or insure that work. Businesses are responsible for licenses, insurance, taxes, pricing, service descriptions, customer communications, and any required disclosures. Customers should contact the business shown on their quote about the work, appointments, cancellations, refunds, or disputes.

4. Quotes, approvals, and additional work

Review the scope, exclusions, quantities, prices, taxes, deposit, schedule, and expiry before sending or approving a quote. Starter service templates are examples, not professional advice or guaranteed market prices. Additional work and extra charges must be described and approved before that additional work starts. An approval record documents an action in the app; it does not replace any signatures, notices, or contracts required for your particular service. Marking work completed or closed does not by itself confirm payment.

5. Customer payments and Stripe

When enabled, card and eligible Apple Pay payments are processed by Stripe through the business’s connected Stripe account. Each business must complete Stripe onboarding and meet its verification and payout requirements. Stripe controls processing, availability of payment methods, fees, reserves, and payout timing under its agreements. QuoteToWork takes no percentage or commission from client service payments. Stripe or another payment provider may deduct its own fees. QuoteToWork does not hold service-payment funds or guarantee a payout date.

Stripe’s Connected Account Agreement and other applicable Stripe terms apply separately. External payment links and manually recorded payments are the business’s responsibility; a recorded payment is not proof of an independent bank confirmation. Sandbox transactions do not transfer real money.

6. QuoteToWork plans and fees

Any charge for access to QuoteToWork is separate from payments for a business’s services. Before a paid purchase, checkout must show the price, access period or job allowance, applicable taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation information. A plan preference or manual access grant alone does not create a paid subscription.

If recurring billing is enabled and you purchase a subscription, it renews on the disclosed schedule until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period unless checkout states otherwise. A one-job purchase does not create a recurring subscription. Request billing corrections or refunds through support; applicable consumer rights are not limited by these terms. Checkout identifies sandbox testing where applicable. Sandbox purchases use test payment details and do not create real charges.

7. Your content and acceptable use

You retain rights to the content you provide and authorize us to host, process, display, and transmit it as needed to operate and support the service. Only upload information you are entitled to use, and give customers any required privacy notices. Do not use QuoteToWork for fraud, spam, unlawful services, malicious code, unauthorized access, or interference with other accounts. Do not place passwords, full payment-card details, government identifiers, or sensitive medical records in quotes or support messages.

8. Availability, account restrictions, and ending use

Features may change and interruptions may occur. Keep your own copies of important records using available PDF and export tools. We may restrict access to investigate abuse, protect accounts, comply with law, or address violations, with notice where practical and lawful. You can stop using the service and request account closure through support. Closing your account does not cancel a contract with a service business or resolve outstanding payment obligations.

9. Responsibility and limits

To the extent allowed by applicable law, QuoteToWork is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular business purpose. We are not responsible for the performance of services sold by independent businesses or the decisions of payment providers. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude, including mandatory consumer protections.

10. Privacy, changes, and contact

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. We will update the date on these terms when they change and provide notice of material changes through the service where appropriate. Contact 1ManMission at support@quotetowork.com. For platform questions, billing issues, or complaints, use your support tickets or visit Help. Customers with questions about a specific job should use the business contact details on their quote.
